Feels Like Home

Meet the Kramer family ~ Keith, Sherry, Nate, Jordan & Luke. Living in a house full of boys -- what fun!! I have a lot of respect for Sherry (not sure how she did it, & I only have 2 boys in my house!) Haha! But in all reality, these guys were fantastic to work with! So easy-going :) Everyone was more than willing to go along with all my ideas and oh my gosh, these guys live surrounded by the most amazing setting! A long tree-lined lane, gorgeous timber in every direction - - endless possibilities! So why not take their family portraits in a setting so personal? I love when my clients home offers up such a beautiful location for portraits! It makes their portraits just that more personal. :) I thoroughly enjoyed their session & hope that they love their sneak-peek! Enjoy~

Country Boy

Meet Beau. He rocks. :) And so do his senior images! Some of my fave of all time! We took all of these images on and around his family farm! I am so thrilled when people invite me to shoot where they are most comfortable, and where there are LOTS of cool unique spots to shoot! I am so happy with these photos! I had a blast running around with Beau and his family! And of course we had to take a few with his most prized possessions... the truck & tractor! I just love it when families invite me back-- I shot Beau's sister Brooke's killer senior images as well! Was great working with ya Beau! Enjoy the sneak peek!

Love in the air

What a GORGEOUS day these two lovebirds had! :) Rebecca & Brian were married in small town Iowa, and so when Becca emailed me a while back about photos, I knew her ideas would be right up my alley! All she had in mind was a small, simple wedding. She wanted photos to be on her parent's farm. In some of her own words -- "In my mind, the pictures that mean the most are the ones with the people you love. I don't want pictures of everyone lined up in front of the alter... honestly, it would mean more to me to have a picture with my family in a place we all love." I just LOVED this idea & couldn't wait to capture it. They were blessed with a beautiful fall day, and I absolutely LOVE these images!! So enjoy!

Beauty of fall

Ahhhhhh... how I LOVE fall :) Crisp air, gorgeous skies, abundant color, I could go on and on! And what better to showcase fall than photos of an amazingly beautiful family!! Meet the Bonerts~ these guys are such a good-looking family, it should almost be illegal! Haha! I had SO much fun with them-- 
Their littlest girl, Aubrey was due for her 6 month photos, so we did some family ones in addition to her session. And Chad & Rachel sure do have some cutie-patooties on their hands. :) Miss Addison is such a wonderful big sister, and little Aubrey is just as sweet as pie! I just LOVED everything about this session! So enjoy!!

Blown Away

Meet Santana. Pretty sure she could have a successful career in modeling, if she ever so desired!! {But sounds like she has going to school majoring in English on the her mind instead; smart, smart girl!} Santana has an amazing look-- and she is a natural in front of the camera & had some killer outfits! The only thing she {and I} had to compete with was the wind.... and it was in full force for her session! Soooo annoying, but in some of these images, we went with it & it gave us that model-esque wind-blown look! :) I am so glad these seniors put their trust in me, and let me work through all the crazy ideas I have running through this head of mine! I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with Santana & do believe we got some FABULOUS senior images! Enjoy!
