Maverick is 1! {& Domeyer Family}

I just love love love blue eyes--- and this one has some of the lightest & most handsome I have seen - Mr. Maverick! He just turned 1 year old, so it was time for some updated pictures!! He is such a little stud, and smiled lots for the camera! Big brother Mason joined in for a few as well as mom & dad! Jeff & Emily are expecting baby #3, so we had to do a cute idea for that! It turned out pretty funny, but like Emily said-- we'll have to hide it if it does turn out to be a boy! :) It would be great if they get the little sister, but a little brother would be just as wonderful! And then of course we had to fit in a few cake smash ones to complete the session :) I very much enjoy every time I work with the Domeyer family as I enjoy seeing the little ones grow & change ~ it just goes way too fast! Before I know it I'll be snapping my little guy's one year pics! I hope everyone enjoys the sneak peek!

Salow & Birt Families

I think I'm pretty lucky... I get to work with some of the nicest & best looking families around! Meet the Salow & Birt families! These guys finally got to put to use the family session Susie was given for Christmas a while ago....my maternity leave threw a loop in things last year, but I finally got to meet everyone! Laurie & Jared's little munchkins were SO cute-- I just loved the hot pink & blue! And you could tell they just adore grandpa & grandma. :) And I love it when families add their own personal touch to their session ~ Susie brought an antique tea set, and everybody sat down in a big group & enjoyed a cup of tea {or pepsi, in this case}. It was so sweet, and something they always do while at grandma's house! I hope they enjoy their sneak peek!!

Cordes & Lerch Family

Meet the Cordes & Lerch family! What a fun bunch!! :) Their first scheduled session was cancelled due to rain, but that wasn't stopping this family from making the second try at it worth while! I work with Emily, and so I was excited to meet her family! When she told me her step dad LOVES trains and everything about them, I knew we had to shoot some at the tracks! This can be risky, but at the location of the tracks you could see for miles! (& he even had a box that could tell where the trains were at, even if there were one coming near!) and my hubby assisted us with the rather large orange couch, in caae we had to do a quick move! I hope that Emily and her family enjoys the sneak peek, and I had a lot of fun & enjoyed meeting everyone!

Claire

This post is of Little Miss Claire! She just turned 3 the end of April and she was one of the most well-behaved 3 year olds I have ever worked with! She is so sweet :) Just loved her blue eyes & blonde hair! I hope my little wild monkey behaves as well as she did when he's older :) She did so well for her pics ~ she was a little shy at first, but warmed up to the crazy lady with the big black box pretty quickly. She even got to play with some bubbles towards the end of the session ~ her mom & big sister brought the coolest bubble-shooter I have ever seen! I hope the Smith family enjoys her sneak peek!
Enjoy~
