The Wendlings

So... I guess I can’t really call today’s post a “sneak peek". There are just too many that I want to share! I always want to post a ton of pics… but today I guess I’ll just have to give in! I had so much fun with this family!

Meet the Wendlings: Rick, Lisa, Karter, Sawyer & Jorgie.

They came from Independence to work with me and all of my crazy ideas, and they fit right in! Mom & dad came prepared with lots of options for me to pick from. We took some snapshots in town first, then headed out to the country. Today was jam packed- we jumped, played baseball, picked flowers, and blew bubbles… what more could one ask for! The weather was just right, a little chilly, but overcast and made for great light for the photos! Hope you all enjoy these images!

Spring

Hello all!
Thought I'd share a quick non-people session post for the day :) I have been scoping out some new picture taking spots, so of course I bring my camera to snap some quick images because I am an outdoor lover through and through. The butterflies are just starting to appear, so I captured some pretty neat shots of them in their natural environment. I hope everyone is getting out any enjoying this weather! The best of spring and summer is yet to come!

Tessa & Tate Sneak Peek

Hello everybody! This blog post is all about Tate & Tessa! A brother & sister duo-- these two were some fun waiting to happen.... When their mom & dad told me Tate was all about "boy stuff" I busted out the painted tires, which I have been wanting to try for some time now. Tate had fun playing on them & sitting like a pro! And their little girl Tessa had no shortage of cute outfits to wear! She was a precious little thing in her tutus, knitted hat, headbands and feathered flower! I hope mom & dad enjoy these, as well as all of my blog followers!

Colt & Family

This afternoon I got the opportunity to work with baby Colt as well as his mom & dad Laina & Tom. Colt is just 2 weeks old! He is such a doll, and I enjoyed working with him and his family. I had lots of ideas, of which, some worked, some didn't, but hey, that was ok! Tom & Laina were patient with me as well as the little one, & gave me the opportunity & the time I needed to capture some pretty precious images of their little one. Brady

Today I had the pleasure of photographing Mr. Brady! These were his two-year pictures, and it seems like those two years just flew by! I love it when my clients & friends come prepared- they came with lots of props, ideas & cute clothes! He even got to open a birthday present- a Sponge-Bob fishing pole! How cool is that! We photographed Brady and all of his looks in lots of different spots around the park. Thank goodness for mom, Jean, & Kim! They were such great helpers and did a great job making my job lots easier! Brady was a breeze to work with- with his baby blues, & handsome little grin, I don’t think it would have been possible for me to get a bad shot! I hope everyone enjoys Brady’s sneak peek!!
