Snakes, Cow-pies & Rain, Oh my!

How lucky am I to have the most sweet and gorgeous clients!! Miss Allison was nothing short of a dream to photograph-- I am just LOVING my senior shoots this year! Cute outfits, fun locations = 1 happy photographer!! Allison is a 2014 West Delaware senior with some serious style and a sweet personality to match! I won't delve into too much text here, because the images from her rockin' senior session spell it out for me! I had an absolute blast with Allison & her mom Tammy, and will not forget being on the lookout for snakes in the grass and then cow-pies at her family farm/cabin! We wrapped the session up just before the rain! SO much fun! Enjoy--  ;)

Havin' a ball!

Meet the Ries family! Jim, Amy, Lea, Payton & Nolan-- I had an absolute BLAST with this bunch!! Their session was postponed a few times, most recently last Thursday - because of the TERRIBLE heat & humidity! There's nothing worse than suffering through bugs & heat-- so we opted to wait, and SO glad we did! It was absolutely gorgeous out! These guys brought their pup, and a bag of tricks (well, not really, just a bag of sports stuff!) I love it when a family wants to customize, bring ideas & make their session all their own!! And the kids totally had the idea to hold out their favorite ball-- can't take credit for that cool shot!! I hope the Ries family enjoys their sneak peek, and it was a joy working with them!!

Sisters :)

The bond between sisters is an interesting one, and ever-changing. I am remembering growing up with my sister-- our relationship ranged from punching her and giving her a bloody nose, drawing a red line with tape in the bedroom that we had to share, to riding around the yard together with a card taped to the back of our bikes (so it made a flapping motor noise) and building blanket forts in the living room. I can't imagine growing up as a kid without siblings. We got into quite a bit of mischief I am sure... ;) 

Meet Kourtney & Jordan-- they are two cute little spunky sisters that came to visit me for a session. It is neat to see the differences in personalities between the kids! They both had the cutest little grins, although it took a bit more work to get one out of miss Kourtney! :) I also had the privilege to photograph her in a vintage dress that is hand-made and that her grandma wore in 1955-- SO cool :) The details on the dress were beautiful.
